This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products purchased or downloaded from Ui3. By making a purchase on Ui3, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

Ui3 sells digital products such as templates, UI kits, components, and other downloadable design resources. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally considered delivered.

2. No Automatic Right to Refund

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not automatically available once a download has occurred. This is in line with UK and EU consumer law regarding digital content.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Ui3 may issue a refund at its discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The product is significantly not as described
  • The product file is corrupted or unusable and cannot be fixed
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error
  • A technical issue on Ui3’s side prevented proper access

4. When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Lack of compatibility with your software, tools, or workflow
  • Failure to read the product description or licence terms
  • Requests made long after purchase without a valid reason

5. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

6. Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Ui3 may request additional information to assess the issue, including screenshots or error details.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ui3 may result in account suspension. We encourage users to contact us directly so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly.

8. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Ui3 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.

9. Changes to This Policy

Ui3 may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
