These Licence Terms govern how digital products purchased or downloaded from Ui3 may be used. By downloading, purchasing, or using any Ui3 product, you agree to these terms.
Ui3 provides digital products including templates, UI kits, components, and design resources for tools such as Figma, Webflow, and Framer. Products are licensed, not sold.
Subject to these terms, Ui3 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the licensed product in accordance with the licence type specified on the product page.

Unless otherwise stated, licences are granted for use by a single individual or entity. Extended or multi-seat use may require a separate or upgraded licence.
You may use Ui3 products in client work. Clients may not reuse, resell, or extract the product outside of the final delivered project.
Attribution is not required unless explicitly stated on the product page. However, crediting the original author is always appreciated.
Licence access includes updates only where specified. Ui3 does not guarantee ongoing updates unless stated at the time of purchase.
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the licensed product and delete all copies in your possession.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Ui3’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Licensed products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ui3 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Ui3 may update these Licence Terms from time to time. Continued use of licensed products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
