Free Items Policy

This Free Items Policy applies to creators who submit free digital products to Ui3 and to users who download free items from the platform. By submitting or downloading free items, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview

Ui3 allows creators to publish selected digital products as free items, including templates, UI kits, components, and other design resources. Free items are intended to showcase quality work, support the community, and help users evaluate creators and products on Ui3.

2. Eligibility and Approval

All free items are subject to review and approval by Ui3. We reserve the right to approve, reject, remove, or reclassify any free item at our discretion.

Approval may be based on quality, originality, usability, relevance, and alignment with the Ui3 brand and standards.

3. Pricing and Availability

Free items are listed at no cost to users
Ui3 may change the availability or visibility of free items at any time
Creators may request to convert a free item into a paid product, subject to approval

4. Revenue and Compensation

Free items do not generate revenue for contributors. No revenue share or monetary compensation is provided for free downloads.

Ui3 may use free items to promote the platform, creators, or related products.

5. Licensing

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, free items are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and commercial use.

Free items may not be:

Resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as standalone products
Claimed as original work by anyone other than the creator
Uploaded to other marketplaces or libraries without permission

6. Contributor Responsibilities

By submitting a free item, the contributor confirms that:

They own all rights to the content or have permission to distribute it
The item does not infringe intellectual property or third-party rights
The item is safe, lawful, and free from malicious code
The product description is accurate and not misleading

7. Platform Use and Promotion

By submitting a free item, contributors grant Ui3 a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, promote, and distribute the item on the Ui3 platform.

Ui3 may feature free items in marketing materials, newsletters, curated collections, or promotional campaigns.

8. Updates and Maintenance

Contributors are encouraged, but not required, to keep free items reasonably up to date. Ui3 may remove outdated or unsupported free items to maintain platform quality.

9. Removal and Termination

Ui3 may remove free items at any time, with or without notice. Contributors may request removal of their free items, subject to reasonable notice.

Downloads made prior to removal may continue to be used under the original licence terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Free items are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ui3 makes no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or fitness for purpose.

11. Changes to This Policy

Ui3 may update this Free Items Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
